Who You Are

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is a key member of the Commercial Analytics and Operations team and partner to sales leadership in support of the sales organization. Responsibilities for this role include field force operations and solutions (CRM, fleet), cross-functional coordination with Commercial IT and field sales team, field analytics and performance measurement, territory alignment, and sales operations activities. This individual will report to the Director of Field Analytics and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for a variety of cross-functional coordination and execution of key sales operations functions
  • Partner with Commercial IT, Commercial Analytics, other internal stakeholders, and vendors on CRM, MDM, and data stewardship. Provide CRM system business input and facilitate business process assessments, improvement recommendations, and implementation
  • Assist with Veeva CRM development, implementation and administration
  • Manage sales and affiliation data validation process, ensure timely availability of data and reports to Commercial stakeholders, and develop the process for data change requests
  • Act as the home office technology contact for the field organization and effectively communicate feedback and issues from the field to IT, business owners, and vendors as appropriate
  • Administer the BridgeBio Motus fleet reimbursement system and perform fleet administration functions
  • Oversee as appropriate field credentialing and other field programs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize and manage field team alignments, field targeting, and sales allocations
  • Support Sales Operations with interpretation and reporting of KPIs, metrics, dashboards as well as ad hoc reporting requests

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales operations and ability to identify operational needs and opportunities as well as lead the implementation of improvements within the area of responsibility
  • Experience managing and supporting Veeva CRM modules as well as master data management (MDM) capabilities
  • Experience in Sales Force Alignment, Fleet Management, Targeting and Call Planning
  • Understands key pharmaceutical data sources and data structures
  • Demonstrated analytic abilities/experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and evolving small company environment
  • Experience in drug launch sales operations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work with many cross-functional partners
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
