What You’ll Do

Reporting to the SVP, Head of International, the Head of Market Access will lead the strategy to secure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access across key European and partner markets. You will shape compelling product value propositions supported by robust clinical, economic, and real-world evidence, while driving all aspects of the HTA, pricing, and reimbursement process. A proven leader in payer engagement, you will proactively interact with HTA bodies, policymakers, and distribution partners, leveraging early scientific advice and early access programs to position BridgeBio’s therapies for sustainable market success

Responsibilities

Market Access Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the International Market Access strategy, ensuring optimal patient access and reimbursement across priority European and partner markets
  • Build out and lead a best-in-class team across the International Region to support launches of new products into the marketplace
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the Market Access function, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and patient-centricity
  • Shape global-to-local alignment, tailoring strategies to reflect regional payer systems, HTA requirements, and market dynamics

Pricing, Reimbursement & HTA Excellence

  • Lead all aspects of pricing, HTA, and reimbursement negotiations, securing sustainable access for patients while protecting long-term asset value
  • Drive early engagement with payers and HTA bodies, including scientific advice, early access programs, and evidence-generation discussions
  • Establish robust pricing governance processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across markets and stakeholders

Evidence Generation & Value Demonstration

  • Partner with Medical Affairs and R&D to ensure economic outcomes and real-world evidence are embedded into clinical development and lifecycle management plans
  • Shape and guide health economic models, study design, and data collection to strengthen product value propositions
  • Translate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into compelling narratives that resonate with payers, providers, and policymakers

Operational Excellence & Resource Management

  • Oversee departmental planning and budgets, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and aligned with corporate objectives
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional Market Access team, fostering collaboration and organizational agility
  • Ensure consistency of access strategy and value communication across all international markets

Where You’ll Work

  • This is a hybrid work role, presence (2-3 days) in the office is strongly encouraged
  • Domestic and international travel is expected when required

Who You Are

Education: BA/BSc required; a graduate degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in biotech/pharma with a strong track record in global or regional Market Access, including successful negotiation and reimbursement of new therapies in major European markets
  • Demonstrated pre- and post-launch experience across multiple markets, with deep knowledge of HTA, pricing, and access systems
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, building and developing cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations

Leadership & Skills:

  • Proven ability to design and deliver market access strategies that balance patient needs, payer requirements, and long-term asset value
  • Skilled in engaging with payers, policymakers, HTA bodies, and external experts to influence access outcomes
  • Strong communicator able to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse stakeholders
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities under tight timelines in highly regulated environments
