Role Title:

Executive Administrator    


QED is a subsidiary of BridgeBio and focuses on finding and developing drugs for genetic diseases to provide new cures for patients in need. Our team partners with academia and pharma to identify the right assets based on our systematic mapping of the genetic disease landscape, and develops those assets with a highly targeted approach that supports R&D with expert capabilities and places each program in a value maximizing corporate structure that balances risk and reward for partners.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Administrator to support the Senior Management leadership team at QED. The ideal candidate will have an extreme attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities. The role requires someone who is articulate and professional and who understands the ins and outs of organizing a rapidly growing company. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must. We are looking for someone that can help us build the organization as it operates, scaling the company to provide excellent support.

Essential Skills & Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to our team. This includes managing complicated internal/external meetings and global travel schedules, reviewing and processing contracts and expenses, and maintaining confidentiality of all work material
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams
  • Conserve team’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Collaborate with other Executive Administrators on office management tasks
  • Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Super savvy with office technologies
  • Three years’ current Administrative support at the senior executive level, five years’ minimum overall administrative experience 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft suite
  • Experience as Office or Business Manager, Executive or Administrative Assistant
