Who You Are

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Market Access Analytics within the Pricing & Contracting (P&C) department plays a vital and strategic role in our growing team. This position will serve to lead insight generation and the enablement of (MA) market access-specific insights across our small molecule assets, including the use of analytics tools and syndicated and secondary resources while informing new capabilities to drive enhanced launch, bid, and contract decision-making. The role will be to actively monitor payer, IDN, policy, competitor, and market conditions to inform critical decisions and shape future access strategies.


  • Generate insights to advise US market access, including evaluating pricing and market assess in-market analogs, launch pricing, payer/PBM utilization management, HCP/hospital economics (e.g. white, brown bagging, buy-bill, etc.)
  • Analyze and evaluate reimbursement systems to determine product access and affordability, utilizing 3rd party datasets such as MMIT, Claims data, IQVIA, etc
  • Inform brand Launch Readiness plans, including analyses of payer, employer landscape, and pricing/contracting; leverage syndicated and desk research to inform critical customer and competitor trends
  • Tracks payer coverage/formularies and utilization management controls
  • Assist with the development of key analyses, providing strategic insight to senior leadership for decision-making
  • Partner with MA members to build dashboards and direct the design process, translating from business stakeholders to the final dashboard or reporting solution, particularly for post-launch KPIs
  • Independently analyze and understand claims datasets to develop an access story for both internal and external (competitor) products and market trends
  • The ability to convert analyses to actionable insights, articulate their meaning and/or implications, and support decision-making is critical to this position
  • Look across affiliates to find efficiencies and value in analytics and projects that can benefit other disease areas
  • The analytical lead will work closely with partners across market access, patient services, and commercial excellence Data Management and Reporting
  • Work with IT and internal data teams to communicate data requirements and aid in the purchase of and loading of data sets
  • Coordination with 3rd party vendors and internal partners as required to maintain the validity and accuracy of data
  • Contribute to forecasting, business review processes, and business cases as needed
  • Internally, the position interacts heavily with the US Market Access Strategy Leads, US Market Access Commercial Account Team, brand/franchise leads, Commercial Operations, and Patient Services.
  • Externally, the position interacts with data suppliers (Komodo, Symphony, Fingertip Formulary, MMT, Claims data, Policy Reporter, etc.) and other data/analytics vendors

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, 6+ years of insights, analytics and reporting is required
  • Exceptional analytics and technical data skills with experience creating and/or supporting complex models
  • Strong understanding of the US payer and channel landscape
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to communicate confidently and succinctly to senior leaders
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that require collaboration across multiple functional areas
  • The candidate will proactively deliver advanced analyses and insights to support current and projected commercial products market access
  • Is highly proficient at stakeholder management, leading external analytics to deliver compelling learnings, and formulating analytical strategies appropriate for the issue at hand
  • Strong story telling skills; ability to distill complex information synthesized into concise and impactful messages and communications

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
