Who You Are

This successful candidate will report to the Head of EMEA, Commercial, and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and the BridgeBio leadership/corporate team stakeholders. The role will build regional readiness across all aspects of commercialization and business performance: Strategy; Launch Preparation; Tactical Execution, and Operational Excellence while delivering on established KPIs for the company’s products with near term focus on the main development asset, acoramidis (AG10), in the planned indications, including amyloid-related heart (ATTR-CM) and nervous system (ATTR-PN) disorders.

Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Develop and lead European marketing strategy for a future product portfolio with near term focus on the main development asset, acoramidis (AG10)
  • Lead Marketing operations centrally across European country clusters
  • Leadership and development of the strategic sales and marketing forecasting and planning process for Europe
  • Act as a brand ambassador through the establishment of thoughtful relationships with key opinion leaders and the cultivation of partnerships with relevant medical societies in close collaboration with Medical Affairs
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing and Branding team to drive implementation in Europe
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and KPIs
  • Co-create new solutions and processes that drive marketing mix effectiveness while identifying and removing organizational barriers

Business Ops /SFE

  • Establish an effective product launch process with best in class planning, implementation & monitoring
  • Institutionalize the right key performance indicators and the appropriate feedback loop mechanism capturing the customer’s feedback, ensure effective and systematic reporting through targeted systems (e.g., CRM)
  • Support design & deployment of the most effective and efficient customer-facing organization across EU markets
  • Coordinate in time the appropriate training interventions for customer-facing teams

Business Insights

  • Identify & execute prioritized market research in all vital EU markets
  • Builds understanding of the entire patient journey from diagnosis to treatment to the measurement of outcomes and plan the commercial execution accordingly
  • Create an understanding of the internal and external environment, drivers, enablers, and challenges, targeting, segmentation, account mapping
  • Qualitative and quantitative assessment of the customer needs/unmet needs/unknown needs, detailed mapping of needs-based plan
  • Develops and manages departmental budgets that effectively achieve desired goals that are balanced with the financial objectives of the broader commercial organization

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • A B.A. or BSc is required; a post-graduate degree is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience within Biotech/Pharma in Global or Regional sales, marketing, and/or operations roles with a successful track record
  • Experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment in commercial functions, the experience of managing complex projects
  • Pre-and post-product launch experience in key European markets
  • A minimum of five years of management experience
  • Ability to recruit, manage and develop a new cross-functional team.
  • Ability to lead by example, attract and develop talent, build interdependent partnerships, and create a collaboration and teamwork culture that fosters open communication, constructive conflict resolution, and organizational flexibility
  • Able to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • You have proven the ability to develop internal relationships in a high matrix environment, as well as external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and industry experts
  • Able to communicate effectively and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.
  • Ability to prioritize concurrent projects with tight deadlines and operate in a highly compliance-driven environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels within the company
  • The flexibility of approach and a positive attitude
  • A global mindset and foreign languages are considered vital assets
  • Travel (25-50%) may be required to represent the company at medical conferences, presentations, and other meetings
