Eidos Therapeutics, an affiliate of BridgeBio Pharma, is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on addressing the large and growing unmet need in diseases caused by transthyretin, or TTR, amyloidosis, or ATTR. We seek to treat this well-defined family of diseases at their collective source by stabilizing TTR. Our product candidate, AG10, is an orally administered small molecule designed to potently stabilize TTR, a potentially best-in-class treatment aiming to halt the progression of ATTR diseases.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead field salesforce for BridgeBio/Acoramidis
  • Manage teams from pre-launch thru commercialization - Cardiovascular a big plus
  • Salesforce design, deployment, sales reporting, business planning
  • Work across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure all business objectives are achieved
Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
  • Must be passionate about getting drugs into patients hands as fast and efficiently as is humanly possible
  • 10+ years of experience building and leading rare disease sales force from scratch
  • Develop sales plan to compete with multiple/large competitors in the space
  • Work with marketing to create a differentiated and compelling product message
  • Operational launch readiness and post-approval activities for the sales force
  • Identify customer needs allowing the company to offer competitive differentiated solutions
  • Seamlessly work across functions including clinical development, regulatory, medical affairs, market access
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Must be an extremely fast learner
