Who You Are:

BridgeBio is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing Clinical Trial Enrollment Hub team. The Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Enrollment Strategy will sit centrally within BridgeBio and work with the Director, Clinical Trial Enrollment Strategy, and the rest of the Enrollment Hub team to support recruitment and retention of patients across the BridgeBio portfolio of affiliates in rare and ultra-rare genetic disorders and oncology trials.
 
This role includes collaborating with affiliate teams to design and track against strategic and tactical enrollment and retention plans and evaluating metrics of progress to diagnose rate-limiting steps in enrollment quickly.  Additionally, this position will require using rigorous analytical frameworks such as logic trees and decision trees and comfort in solving both granular operational problems and high-level pattern identification between projects across the portfolio and their respective studies across the organization. The Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Enrollment Strategy will also contribute to the development of frameworks for BridgeBio patient recruitment best practices and collaborative initiatives with other BridgeBio centralized services.
 
The role requires someone who can organize projects effectively in a rapidly growing, fast-paced company and a drive to achieve results. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must. We are looking for a self-starter that will support clinical programs at all stages of development.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an Enrollment Hub ambassador to BridgeBio affiliates and other internal groups, as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with affiliate teams to identify potential trial enrollment risks and mitigations and develops effective patient recruitment strategies, seeking input from other internal resources and other Enrollment Hub team members, as needed
  • Lead implementation of recruitment and retention strategies, tactics, and solutions for affiliates, as needed
  • Perform ongoing and systematic analysis of recruitment and retention data collected within the Enrollment Hub to measure the effectiveness of plans and works with teams to adapt plans, as needed
  • Lead enrollment and retention related cross-functional team meetings
  • Support the Enrollment Hub Director in running the Enrollment Hub Core Team
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, analytical tools, training, templates, and other Enrollment Hub documents
  • Contribute to internal Enrollment Hub initiatives, as needed
  • Cultivate and maintains strong relationships with affiliate counterparts, Enrollment Hub vendors, and others who routinely interact with the Enrollment Hub
  • Travel to attend conferences, site visits, or other internal/external meetings, as needed

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
  • Five to eight years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development; four to five of which has been focused on clinical trial management in a cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred)
  • Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work proactively and autonomously; can multi-task and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships with others
  • Ability to travel regionally or globally, if needed
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial design, protocol development, and review
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and working knowledge in ICH GCP E6 R2 regulations
  • Knowledge of GDPR and how to apply appropriate practices to clinical trials
  • Rare disease and oncology trial management experience strongly preferred
